Just finished painting up another load of stuff for a friend - this time in part exchange for some terrain and modern Americans, both of which will hopefully be on the tabletop shortly too..

Yeah, amazing what you can do with technique instead of talent Wink

I reckon that the GHQ technicals almost look worth as much as they actually cost ...

Looks like a T62 to me but Im sorry I cant help with the Manufacturer.

only critisism is the BTR wheels need to be painted black (you would not be able to paint them with the cam colour the paint degrades the rubber) also the vehicles could of had some of the ecess flash (T62)taken off. looks good unfortunatly at this scale flash is very noticeable.

regards

Oh, and the figures were all undercoated and mounted on bases before I got them.. The Syrians even had sand glued to their bases, which had then been sprayed with a rather nasty sandy yellow undercoat at the same time as the models.

my main takeaway is that I'm becoming more impressed with the magical abilities of Armypainter each time I use it..

I really like the Army Painter idea but found a £5 pot of coloured varnish from B&Q worked as well Smile
